Our Story
Born on Lincoln Street,
built for the right reasons.
Ashmo's started as a simple idea: Sitka deserved a place where the coffee was taken seriously and the drinks were made with the same care. We opened our doors on 332 Lincoln Street with that conviction, and the community has made it something far bigger ever since.
By day, we're a café — pour-overs, espresso drinks, pastries from local bakeries, and a space where you can actually get work done or have a conversation that doesn't get rushed. By night, the same room becomes our bar, where we pour cocktails and serve small plates that pair well with the Pacific Northwest evening.
